Any orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Opening hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Orders cannot be refunded after 28 days from the purchase date. Orders not received must be followed up on within 20 days from when ordered. Items that need to be returned are at the clients cost . If an error by Bionetics is made then Bionetics will arrange for the items to be sent back. Products may incur customs duty when being delivered out of the EU and are to be paid by the client. Clients will only be given tracking details if the package is delivered by a trackable service.
